Competition Preparation Coaching

Bodybuilding Competition Prep for First-Time & Returning Competitors

Preparing for an IFBB bodybuilding competition is a unique physical and mental challenge. It requires precision, discipline, strategy, and expert coaching that understands the demands of the division. Whether it’s your first show or you’re a seasoned competitor, each prep is different and my Competition Coaching Program gives you the structure, accountability, and high-level guidance and support you need to build and bring your best physique to the stage — without burning out.

1. Precision Training for Your Division

We focus on the muscular shape and balance required for your Division:

  • Shoulders & delts (upper body development)
  • Upper/lower glute development
  • Hamstring/glute tie-in 
  • Tight, toned midsection
  • Overall muscle definition, symmetry & flow 

Training cycles progress from building → refining → peak performance.

2. Customized Prep Nutrition

 You’ll receive a nutrition strategy tailored to:

  • Your metabolism 
  • Your physique goals
  • Stage timeline
  • Digestion, satiety, and energy levels

This includes:

  • Calorie & macro progression
  • Refeed, carb cycling, or diet break planning
  • Peak week protocol
  • Show day nutrition and support
  • Post show nutritional support (reverse out diet)
  • Supplement guidance 
  • Hydration & sodium strategies

All designed to help you build your body, cut safely while maintaining muscle.

3. Posing Coaching (Optional or Included)

Stage presence can make or break a placing.

You’ll have support with:

  • Walks, transitions, and flow 
  • Front, back, and presentation poses
  • Confidence and expression
  • The details judges look for

If needed, we can add full posing sessions to your prep package.
